You can manage or cancel your Meetr+ subscription through your Microsoft account. Subscription management is handled by Microsoft and cannot be completed directly inside the Meetr app.
If you would like to cancel or manage your Meetr+ subscription, please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the subscription.
There you can find your active subscriptions, open the subscription details, and manage your billing options. Depending on your Microsoft account settings, you may see options such as “Manage”, “Cancel subscription”, or “Turn off recurring billing”. Please follow the steps shown by Microsoft to complete the cancellation.
Please note that billing, renewal, cancellation, and subscription management are handled by Microsoft, not directly by Meetr. Deleting your Meetr account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you no longer want to be charged, you must cancel the subscription through your Microsoft account before the next billing date or before the end of your free trial period.
If you cannot find the subscription, please make sure that you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account.
